Madison police discussing ways to curb teen fights

MADISON, Wis. — Madison police are looking for ways to prevent large fights involving teens in the city.

Madison Police Department spokesperson Stephanie Fryer said the department is not specifically asking the city to implement a curfew, but different that solutions are being explored.

“We are simply starting the conversation with other city agencies and stakeholders to see what we can do to prevent these large juvenile fights,” Fryer said. “And we are in the very early stages of these conversations.”…
