MADISON, Wis. — A man from Madison faces charges after allegedly hitting and killing a construction worker while driving through a construction zone.
42-year-old Michael Martin was arrested in May 1, and is charged with four felonies, including hit and run-involving death, knowingly operating while having a revoked license (causing death), homicide by intoxicated use of vehicle with a similar prior conviction for intoxicated driving, and 1st degree recklessly endangering safety. He’s also charged with three midemeanor counts of bail jumping.
