STOUGHTON, Wis. (WMTV) – Stoughton has several road construction projects ongoing, including two major DOT projects impacting the heart of the town.
Driving through Stoughton, traffic cones line the streets as crews work on U.S. 51.
“It’ll be somewhere, and then it’ll be somewhere else. So it doesn’t stay in one area,” explained Chris Salerno, who lives in Stoughton.
