Roswell Council approves terminating Seer World contract

ROSWELL, Ga. — In a 4-2 vote, the Roswell City Council at its May 26 meeting approved terminating a master services agreement with Seer World as the city works to move its economic development planning in-house.

The company was contracted in 2024 to guide the city’s economic development strategies and was designated an annual budget of no more than $2 million. As of the May 26 meeting, Roswell has contracted $3.09 million across 25 projects through Seer World and has paid the company more than $2.8 million as of May 5.

The city council voted to terminate Scope of Work No. 2 in February, which outsourced the chief operating officer role at an annual rate of $340,000. There were 25 scopes of work in total, all of which are complete…
