A Douglas County teenager is facing vehicular homicide and other charges nearly five months after a deadly crash that happened hours after prom for Chapel Hill High School.
The Georgia State Patrol says 18-year-old Antonia Brown was driving a Mercedes on Chapel Hill Road near Rosemont Drive when she lost control of the vehicle.
