Kennesaw is moving forward with a data center moratorium following this week’s City Council work session. The moratorium would last 12 months and is expected to appear on the council’s consent agenda during the next council meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Its placement on the consent agenda means no further discussion on the moratorium will take place.
The moratorium proposal follows similar freezes by the Cobb County Board of Commissioners, which approved a six-month moratorium in February, which the board extended for another six months in August…
