Atlanta drivers were left shocked late Sunday night after a driver’s legs were seen dangling from a vehicle lodged under an overpass.
A 21-year-old driver of a Mercedes-Benz GLC was taking the I-20 East ramp traveling from the I-75/I-85 Atlanta Connector when he lost control, according to an incident report from the Atlanta Police Department.
