ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A fire broke out at a Cobb County apartment complex early Wednesday, significantly damaging a 12-unit structure, authorities said.
A witness told Atlanta News First that he was about to go to sleep about 3 a.m. and looked out of the window to see flames engulfing a nearby apartment building.
