WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has announced that Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive Hassan Haitham Muhsen is the Featured Fugitive for May 2026.
20-year-old Hassan Haitham Muhsen has been wanted out of Collin Co. since April 24, 2026, for capital murder, after cutting his electronic ankle monitor off and fleeing from the area, according to Texas DPS.
