MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Google has agreed to pay SpaceX $920 million a month over three years to use the company’s computing power, according to an agreement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
SpaceX owns the two Colossus supercomputer centers in Memphis with another on the way in Mississippi after the company merged with xAI earlier this year.
“On June 5, 2026, we entered into a Cloud Service Agreement with Google LLC (“Google”) with respect to access to compute capacity. The compute capacity provided includes approximately 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, memory and other related components,” the agreement from SpaceX states.
