Second suspect charged in Hickory Hill homicide

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An 18-year-old has been charged with attempted first-degree murder after an alleged targeted attack that left a man dead in Hickory Hill.

Carl Bullard told police that he hid behind a fence, pointed a rifle at the victim and pulled the trigger, but his gun jammed.

Another man, Tracy Vaughn, 18, has already been charged with first-degree murder in the case. He was picked up by police late last month, a few days after the shooting.
