MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis metro market showed the steepest decline in median home sale prices of any top 50 metro in May, says a new report from Realtor.com.
The median list price for homes in metro Memphis declined 13% year-over year in May, to $304,495 — the second-lowest price point of any top 50 metro besides Detroit.
