MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A suspect accused of stealing pallets of shingles worth $3,000 at a Frayser apartment complex last Thursday is still on the run.
Officers say that a little after 8:20 a.m., they were called to the Ridgecrest Apartments in the 2500 block of Woodcliff Drive.
Two pallets of shingles were reported stolen from the worksite, valued at $3,000.
