MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is now in jail after he says his gun went off while he was picking it up from under his seat, striking his hand and firing a shot into a woman’s car parked outside of a Raleigh Walmart, police say.
Elijah Jones, 23, is charged with reckless endangerment to wit: firearm discharged from within a motor vehicle.
