MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The FedEx Corporation has filled a permit to start building a multi-million facility, coined the Hercules Project.
Due to the size of scale of the project, FedEx is filing a permit for the first phase of construction, which includes the groundwork that has to be done before they can even start building the facility.
According to the permit filing, the whole project is estimated to cost $400 million.
The permit itself only covers the initial work, including site demolition, drainage, underground utilities for water, sewer, stormwater, paving, fencing, and the foundation the building will sit on…
