For University of Memphis students, getting food on campus should be simple. However, students say changes to dining options, meal plans, prices and food quality have made campus dining feel unpredictable.
Amongst students, a common complaint was that campus dining isn’t entirely bad but it lacks consistency. Students say they often don’t know what restaurants will be available, how much food they will receive or whether the menu will match what is actually being served.
