GERMANTOWN, Tenn. — If fall in the Mid-South had an opening act, it might just be the Germantown Festival.
Thousands of people spent Saturday at the 53rd annual Germantown Festival, where the Civic Center grounds were filled with arts and crafts vendors, live entertainment, rides and plenty of festival food.
