MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is accused of shooting his sister’s ex-boyfriend during an argument in Whitehaven on Tuesday.
Joshua Bell, 25, was charged with attempted second-degree murder and employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
His bond has not been set. He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
