MEMPHIS, Tenn. – There is major concern in the Orange Mound Community as people who live in the area said their safety is at risk ever since the city redid a section of Park Avenue.
In the last two years, folks in Orange Mound who walk this community have said they have tried to adjust to the completed street project that added a pedestrian walkway and a bike lane, as well as some speed bumps to keep cars away.
