Woman, 18, admits to killing man in street after accusation by relative

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An 18-year-old woman is accused of shooting a man to death and leaving him in the street after a young family member accused the man of touching her inappropriately.

Alishon Torres was booked into jail Friday on charges of first-degree murder, employing a firearm in the commission of a felony, and tampering with evidence.

A Memphis Police officer was on patrol just before 2 a.m. on Feb. 26 when she spotted a man’s body in the road on Willowview, police said.

The man had been shot approximately 14 times, including once in the head, according to a medical examiner. Family members identified the body as Noe Santillan Rincon, police said…
