MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A Memphis woman is facing TennCare fraud and theft charges after an audit by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has charged Dorthy (Dorothy) Michelle Hicks with TennCare fraud and theft of services $2,500-$10,000.
