MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was arrested in DeSoto County, Mississippi, after he allegedly conspired to move evidence less than an hour after being released from the Tunica County Jail on Tuesday, according to the Tunica County Sheriff’s Office.
Antonio Allen, 23, is charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and tampering with evidence in DeSoto County.
On Tuesday, Allen posted a $81,000 bond for attempted murder, drive-by shooting, and unlawful discharge of a firearm within a populated area in Tunica County, Miss., and was released around 6:40 p.m.
