MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is charged with domestic assault after allegedly slamming a woman’s head onto a truck door four times in Whitehaven.
Jeffrey Free, 33, was charged with two counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, two counts of domestic assault, and aggravated assault.
