State holding temporary injunction hearing over new Tennessee congressional map

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The State is holding a temporary injunction hearing in the NAACP’s ongoing lawsuit over Tennessee’s new congressional voter district map.

Court documents from Davidson County’s Chancery Court indicate that a temporary injunction hearing started at 9 a.m. on Thursday. Davidson County Judge Anne C. Martin has been assigned to the hearing.
