Tipsy Scoop, a self-described “barlour” that specializes in liquor-infused ice cream, begins serving customers in downtown Phoenix on Saturday.
The dessert shop is located near Central Avenue and Van Buren Street and its opening party runs from noon to 1 a.m. It will, of course, feature ice cream as well as drinks and music.
The restaurant was founded in New York City in 2014 and now has franchisees in Washington D.C., Portland, Nashville and the Bahamas. The Phoenix location is owned by Tamika Wooten and her daughter Dominika Cheathem, according to a news release…
