GILBERT, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) – A second man has been indicted in connection to an attack on a teen at a Gilbert fast-food restaurant last summer. A grand jury indicted Aris Michael Arredondo on Thursday on one count of aggravated robbery, a class 3 felony and aggravated assault, a class 6 felony. The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said on Friday that his alleged accomplice, 18-year-old Christopher Fantastic, was indicted on the same charges. Fantastic was arrested on Jan. 9, while Arredondo was taken into custody on Jan. 10.
