An early morning crash at the intersection of 15th Avenue and Broadway Road in Phoenix left one person dead on Monday after a car slammed into a pole and burst into flames. Phoenix Fire crews knocked down the fire and first responders found a person inside the vehicle, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
