Park Meadows Elementary School is slated to honor its teachers with an imaginative celebration of their contributions for Teacher Appreciation week this year. Five of its educators will be surprised on Friday, May 8, to be deemed as Lords and Ladies of the Court by Medieval Times Scottsdale royalty.
“Teacher Appreciation Week is a week that we get to celebrate our teachers and honor them for all the hard work that they do all year long,” Principal Pamela Vigil said. “These five teachers show up to every event after school hours, they’re here early for morning meetings, find problems on campus and solve them — they’re always flexible and available whenever we call on them for extra help and support as needed.
“They step up to the plate anytime they see that there’s a need or an area where they can help out.”…
