Camelback Crowds Line Up as Let’s Toast Opens First Phoenix Shop

Central Phoenix finally got the viral bulgogi cheesesteak it has been chasing. Let’s Toast, the husband-and-wife sandwich team that blew up on the farmers market circuit, opened its first brick-and-mortar shop on Camelback Road on Thursday. Lines formed early as customers showed up for the Korean-inspired toasted sandwiches that turned the couple into a local obsession.

According to Arizona’s Family, Let’s Toast had long been a fixture at events including the Uptown Farmers’ Market and First Fridays before making the leap to a permanent storefront. The station highlighted the vendor’s market roots and the crowds that reliably queued up for its signature sandwiches.

Let’s Toast lists the new location as 100 E. Camelback Rd, Ste. 164 in Phoenix and steers customers to social media for updates, urging, “Please check our Instagram for the latest updates on our store front opening!” The owners appear to be sharing opening-day photos and a short video on their Instagram profile.

The Uptown Farmers’ Market listing still shows Let’s Toast’s market hours and calendar appearances, suggesting the team is not abandoning its weekend crowd even as the storefront comes online. In 2024, the owners told Arizona’s Family they hoped to open a permanent shop, a plan that has now officially landed on Camelback…
