Phoenix social media influencer accused of hiding $1.2M from IRS

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A Phoenix social media influencer has been indicted on federal charges after investigators said he hid more than $1.2 million from the IRS.

A federal grand jury indicted Charles Lewis Davis, 33, on April 21 for lying on his tax returns, prosecutors said Friday.

According to the indictment, Davis, owner of Forever Investments, which posts videos featuring Davis on social media platforms, didn’t tell his tax preparer that he made an additional $807,142 in 2020 and $390,566 in 2021…
