MIAMI — A former piano teacher, Rudolph Infante, was back in front of a judge Wednesday morning for a plea hearing.
The proposed deal called for five years of probation with no jail time in exchange for a guilty plea. But the judge denied the deal after the victim said five years of probation was not enough.
According to police, a Miami Southridge Senior High School student told investigators Infante made inappropriate comments to her, including, “If I was only 30 years younger… You’re so beautiful… I’ve been thinking about you… I can’t wait to be with you.”…
