The Tuesday morning rush through downtown Miami took a violent turn when a woman was stabbed in the face near Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 8th Street, authorities said. She was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in stable condition, according to WPLG Local 10.
The attack unfolded along one of downtown’s busiest corridors, prompting a swift response from Miami police and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. Biscayne Boulevard was briefly shut down as officers locked down the area and emergency crews treated the victim at the scene before transport.
