HIALEAH, Fla. — Authorities say a woman let a Hialeah man watch her 9-year-old daughter while she worked, but instead of caring for the young girl, he raped her ― possibly up to 20 times.
The abuse happened after the girl’s mother let Enrique Dominguez Rodriguez, 48, live with her family in a room at the Casanovas Boutique Motel at 1775 W. Okeechobee Road, according to the Hialeah Police Department.
Police said the allegations came to light after police arrested the girl’s mother for child neglect after “her children were found alone” in the motel by their grandparents. Authorities said they all ended up in a foster home…
