A Miami man is facing charges after he allegedly threw multiple items including a dining room table and television off the balcony at an apartment building, authorities said.
Rafael Jorge Gonzalez-Sintes, 60, was arrested Saturday evening on charges of shooting or throwing a deadly missile, culpable negligence, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct, an arrest report said.
According to the report, deputies had responded to the Brownsville Transit Village building at 5185 Northwest 29th Avenue after receiving an anonymous complaint about a man throwing household items off his balcony and onto the roadway, nearly hitting pedestrians and parked cars…
