MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Marquette University High School announced Tuesday, May 19 that it has received a $100 million joint estate commitment from two anonymous alumni donors, designated entirely for scholarships and financial aid.
The gift consists of two coordinated $50 million bequests and is described as the largest known philanthropic commitment to a single high school in Wisconsin history and the largest known donation ever to a Catholic high school in the United States, according to the school.
