A barber from St. Paul found dead last week is being remembered as a “joyful, authentic person” who was proud of his Mexican roots.
Gabriel “Gabe” Arrazola Perez, 44, was found dead on May 25 between railroad tracks in St. Paul. He “appeared to have suffered injuries caused by an edged weapon,” according to the St. Paul Police Department.
