The 2026 edition of the Minnesota Yacht Club festival is just around the corner, set to take place at Harriet Island Regional Park from July 17–19.
On Wednesday, the festival announced it’ll get the celebration going a day early with a kickoff show featuring hometown favorites Semisonic.
The “Closing Time” band will play a show on Thursday, July 16, at the Varsity Theater in Minneapolis, accompanied by Humbird.
The announcement means that the band will be doing double duty at Yacht Club, as they’re also on the schedule for Sunday at the fest…
