The University of Minnesota Board of Regents is expected to hear substantial feedback on Friday regarding a proposed 3.8% tuition increase.
If approved at the end of the month, it would mark the sixth straight year in which tuition costs would have gone up at the University of Minnesota and would come at a time when many are already tight on their spending amid rising costs.
