A new Twin Cities ice cream shop is open just in time for summer.
Bogati recently celebrated its grand opening at 740 Mainstreet in downtown Hopkins, serving a wide variety of helado con queso (ice cream with cheese).
The fast-growing, Ecuador-based chain opened its first U.S. location in 2024 in New York City.
New York news outlet Greater Long Island reported last year the ice cream and cheese combination was “catching fire” locally, writing: “The grated, typically mild-flavored cheese is generously strung atop scoops of rich, fruit-flavored or chocolate ice cream, creating a surprising and beloved flavor contrast.”…
