For a couple of years now, buying a home in Minnesota has felt like showing up to a potluck after everyone else already grabbed a plate. Not enough houses, too many buyers, and mortgage rates that wouldn’t budge.
Well, it looks like the table is starting to fill back up. A new report indicates the number of homes for sale across the state just hit its highest level in seven years.
