MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) – A man was arrested in connection to a shooting after Minneapolis police say they used an automatic license plate reader to track him down.
Ananias Cortex Williams, 28, of Minneapolis, is charged with second-degree assault and possession of a firearm as a prohibited person.
