North Memorial Health proposes to expand the existing Maple Grove Hospital campus located at 9875 Hospital Drive both vertically and horizontally. The project would include an addition of roughly 315,000 gross square feet, expanding the hospital campus to the north and west and increasing the height of the hospital campus to 8 stories.
The proposed hospital expansion project requires a mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) under Minnesota Rules 4410.4300, Subpart 14b.
The draft EAW will be available for public comment starting Tuesday, Sept. 29. The city of Maple Grove will accept written comments (via mail or email) on the draft EAW during the public review and comment period, which concludes Thursday, Oct. 29, at 4:30 p.m…
