BURNSVILLE, Minn. — A man was arrested on DWI suspicion after a multi-vehicle crash on I-35E in Burnsville on Saturday morning.
The Minnesota State Patrol says state troopers responded to a report of a crash around 5:39 a.m. in the area of northbound I-35E and 138th Street.
