MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officers have arrested a man at BayPointe Hospital after he allegedly assaulted an employee.

According to an MPD news release, 35-year-old Wilburn Fowler was arrested on Tuesday, June 2, after officers were called to the mental health facility around 3:30 a.m. on May 27 for the assault report.
Officers said when they arrived at the facility, they found a woman with minor injuries who was taken to a hospital.
