MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The City of Mobile is beginning the process of identifying vacant commercial buildings downtown under a new registry meant to hold property owners accountable.
The vacant structure registry, approved by Mobile City Council last November, officially took effect June 1. It applies to vacant commercial buildings inside the Henry Aaron Loop.
