MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The Little Sisters of the Poor will celebrate 125 years of service in Mobile on Saturday, June 13.
The Little Sisters came to the Port City in 1901 and have been providing care to the elderly poor ever since.
A Mass of celebration and thanksgiving will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1453 Old Shell Road.
