BAY MINETTE, Ala. (WALA) – The trial for a man accused of shooting and killing a Daphne man on Easter morning two years ago began Monday with jury selection.
Joseph Gurley listened as attorneys from both sides questioned potential jurors and gave some details of the case. It took just over two hours to pick the 12-person panel that will decide his fate.
