Gulf Shores woman arrested after indictment on two charges

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Gulf Shores woman was booked into the Mobile Metro Jail after being indicted by a grand jury on two charges.

Mobile man accused of assault, theft attempt at Cricket Wireless

According to court documents, 50-year-old Tobi Lynn Libbra was indicted on one count of impersonating a public servant and one count of impersonating a peace officer.

Libbra allegedly told someone that she was an investigator with the state of Alabama in October 2025 to interview them “in that capacity,” court documents stated.

Libbra’s bond was set at $8,000 in total — $5,000 on the peace officer charge and $3,000 on the public servant charge…
