DAPHNE, Ala. (NBC 15) — The Daphne man accused of exposing himself to a woman at Village Point Park was already facing felony charges in Baldwin County, NBC 15 has learned.
Court records show Michael Cain was indicted in August 2025 on two felony counts of transmitting obscene material to a child. The indictment alleges Cain sent explicit images to two separate children in May 2024. Records show he was arrested on June 21, 2024.
