MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — The now closed Quality Inn property at 255 Church St. in downtown Mobile could soon be replaced with a larger mixed-use development featuring hotel rooms, residences, retail and restaurants.
The owner, Shree Krishna Hospitality LLC, is seeking to rezone the roughly 1.6-acre property, a change that would allow taller and more intensive development.
